I just showed up at our storage that he is supposed to keep clean and keep all of our supplies in. This is ridiculous!! I've asked him to clean it up several times. Today he told me that I'm not his boss and that I dont tell him what to do or babysit him. Have the time I've got to go to our projects and make sure that the job is being done because he leaves all the time to take everyone everywhere. Says he'll come back but never does and then wonders why he has less a check at the end of the week. He doesn't give me a list of what he's done all day nor a time or location.
