i just started a new job, along with another guy at the same time, we both have a lot of experience in this field but the way this field works is every job is different, it’s all relatively the same concept but different procedures & ways of doing things, the dude they hired along with me got fired on payday for “asking too many questions” & taking up too much of the higher up employees time by doing so, have you ever heard of this? i’m kind of afraid to ask questions going forward now, i didn’t notice him asking more questions than me, i figured we both asked reasonable amounts of questions from people who have been there long enough to give us some guidance on how the company runs, how things are done & what to/not to do, because in this field, doing things one way might not fly in another business
