This is a follow up post from the post i made not too long ago here – https://www.reddit.com/r/antiwork/comments/15wtuyc/my_coworker_is_pressuring_me_to_start_30_minutes/

After that whole sha-bang, I followed the advice in the comments of that reddit post and went to my manager and exclaimed my disgust with how my co worker was acting under a professional environment (even if it was in a secluded workspace area away from customers. I said that I don't come to work to be harassed around what time I start and finish, especially when I would not be getting paid for the additional time of me showing up early. My manager was also confused at why my co worker even had this conversation as my manager clearly stated 10 minutes and we would be PAID for the early start.
She was called into the managers office over the next couple of days because they had started a formal investigation into my co worker and needed input from higher ups, HR and my manager. I didn't realize it would get this far but boy am I thrilled it did. I heard from another co worker that isn't snarky or harasses me for showing up on time, that she is looking at suspension or termination for harassment and improper conduct. Made my entire week.
I will make another update if anything else happens with her but this is officially part 2 and I'm very VERY thankful for this community, without you guys i would have never reported it and just seen it as an “off day” for her. Also I am from the UK so sadly the US advice isn't fully applicable here however i am still very thankful for the advice nonetheless.
Part 3 maybe if she does get terminated, that would honestly make my whole year without a doubt. Please read part 1 if you haven't already. It would sum up ALOT about what i have posted here (also sorry it took nearly 2 weeks, I wanted to make sure I got every detail right and made sure she was under investigation before posting an update)
