I work as a supply chain analyst for a large US company with a significant supply chain base.
The job offers a solid income ($91k), but there are some downsides I'd like to share.
- The hours can be insane and unpredictable. Some weeks I work 40 hours, while others I'm close to 80. This week, I have no life outside of work and sleep. I had to board my dog because I couldn't spare any time for them.
