So basically she was a Jr Finance Manager at a car company or something like that. She has proof that her paycheque amounts were wrong multiple times,she had to write up her own employment agreement, she was supposed to be salary but he was paying her hourly, wasn't paying her sick days, and last but not least she was supposed to get benefits after 3 months and didn't receive them at all after working there for about 6. Basically he then stopped her from getting employment insurance by lying and saying he fired her for misconduct. We're in Ontario, what's the best way to go about this?
