so his boss told my friend (K) that he’ll be getting promoted. 6 mos ago. still hasnt happened. so K started going to church on sundays, at first, boss allowed that and scheduled K at 12 instead of 9am. now Ks set schedule is 7am-3pm. boss wont mention him leaving until K asks. so when K asks, he either lets him go or asks him to stay longer. a couple days ago, K went in on his day off to get more hours (nobody asked him to. it was a courtesy) K asked to leave at 2, boss says “cmon K i always do you favors like letting you go to church and letting you off at 3” mf hes scheduled till 3, youre required to let him off then. anyway, todays 2 days later & they have a mandatory meeting (photo1&2 is K with manager) (photo3 is K with me)
