That's it. This is 'Murica. Just was looking at my recent pay stub and I pay $850 per month for single person healthcare, my employer is only allowed to contribute an average of $110/month to my retirement. I was going to post a picture to represent, but apparently that is 'low effort'. Just wanted to vent. These numbers should be reversed.
