I’m working full time 5 days a week all year.My boss cut me down to 3 days.The week before Christmas too.His reason being “we’re not as busy”. But on the roster my Co workers all got 5 days and I am the only one who got 3. It’s going to leave me broke for Christmas. Is this allowed?
