Basically title. I’ve had three panic attacks in the pass month. Before that, the last time I’ve had one was when my mom died. I’ve been sending out applications but it’s similar to screaming into the void. Other jobs would be too much of a pay cut.
We’re over worked, under staffed, and underpaid. Last week 3-4 people were out a day in our tiny department, but they wanted us to continue to help this second department get ahead on their workload while we’re struggling to stay afloat.
