I(17f) have a lung condition that makes air leak from my lungs whenever I do anything strenuous. I’ve been to the hospital multiple times to see a specialist who insisted that there was nothing wrong with me despite being out of breath from the most basic things. Because of this I have no documentation of my health issue and as such my job doesn’t take it seriously and still expects me to do a lot of lifting. I’ve had to be sent home numerous times because the pain was so bad I couldn’t function and HR is super pissed at me.
I’m constantly in pain at work and I’m afraid I’ll drop dead or get fired but I’m not in a position to just quit since I need the money and it’s unlikely any other job will be much better
