I’m on salary. I’m having trouble wrapping my mind around the idea of having to make up PTO. It seems counter intuitive to the point of PTO. If I have to make it up, was it paid time off at all?
I normally have an administrative day off that Indon’t have to come in, but they are saying since I asked for 3 dayr or more now I have to pick an admin day to work a half day. Thing is, I requested PTO for the admin day as well. So like… i might as well not request that time and come in? Seems like a form of wage theft or PTO theft at least.
