My job just told us that is u have less than a 97% attendance rate u get a reduction in pay by 50%

I'm about to quit, it's my last day anyway. But that's just crazy. I might not even work today I start my new job Monday I just need the money but I'm really thinking about how bad I need it … Edit: for reference this place was apparently voted on e of the worst places to work in 2017
