My job makes me feel sick. What do I do?

No other job nor school has ever made me feel the way as I do right now. My current position I've been in for about 3 months. I don't need to get into too many details as to why but going back to work after the weekend makes me feel physically sick to my stomach and very depressed because of several reasons from the horrible commute, the hours and micromanagement/lack of actionable feedback I face on a daily basis. At the end of the day I feel like I commit so many hours to the job between the drive, work hours and mandatory breaks (2 hours) that keep me stuck at work for 10+ hours a day that even though my salary is okay it means nothing if I don't have very much free time. That and I feel like I was lied to about the working hours (was promised 3-4 working days a week- has been consistently 4-5 days week, consistently asked to cover other shifts as well).

I've been applying to jobs for about a month now but have very little leads. I have the visceral reaction to quit on the spot many times- especially after really frustrating days but I fear how long it will take me to get another job. I have the savings to quit but I also fear how other employers will view me suddenly leaving this position. Any thoughts on this or just advice in general?
