My job wants to add “other duties as assigned” to my job description.

To make a long story short, my job does yearly planning stages. Basically, it’s a form that has a list of each of my job functions and each function has a “success criteria” of what I need to do to for the year to meet my job functions. This process involved me reviewing and signing it, and it being signed by my supervisor, HR, etc. Well, a month after I signed it, my supervisor told me that HR has asked that everyone’s planning stage be edited to include “and other duties as assigned” as a job function. My supervisor has asked me to review and sign. Is there any way I can refuse? I do not want to be forced into doing other job duties when I’m already slammed as it is.
