I work at a Dunkin’ Donuts. Let it be known that I have a firm belief in communism, but I live in the US and therefore have no choice but to work this job as a college student. My new general manager is an idiot, who does less than half of the work than the average employees. I am disabled and immunocompromised, and he forced my coworker to come in today with a full blown case of Covid. She has an active fever and if currently on food station. Not only that, but he refuses to help us when we need it, yet will also randomly emerge from the back of the store to come boss us around when he has no idea what’s going on in the front of the store.
I don’t know if I’m looking for advice or sympathy, I’ll honestly take anything at this point.
