My manager let me know that it is my responsibility to find a replacement if I call out sick, so I’m quitting.

I just don't roll with that. No “get better soon” or “I'm sorry to hear that”. It was just pure inconvenience and bitterness. It is my first week working here and I do not know every one of my co-workers or have their phone numbers. At jobs where I feel respected and have the resources, I would absolutely try to find some cover before reaching out to my boss. But that will never happen here because I am quitting and finding somewhere else that at least has upper management/HR (this is a small family run business that often uses the “we are a family so we put the team first!” excuse iykyk).
