Long story short I filed an EEOC claim with my former employer for disability discrimination. I fortunately/unfortunately left the job and was not fired. I have a mediation hearing on Monday.
I left his job a month ago. I still get email updates from them: corporate office, the maintenance team, and text messages from the Front Desk team updating guests. I also checked and still have access to messaging guests back as a member of management staff.
Can I add this on as a harassment claim? Or at least throw it on the pile to see if I can get the management team fired for such egregious oversight on letting a former employee still have access to all this information?
