My senior who is terrible at delegating tasks and time management was just promoted to my direct supervisor(no wonder he’s been looking more polished). He has the technical skills but his managerial skills sucks! He doesn’t document any processes and hoards the work tbh.
This means he’s either going to step up and actually teach me(he’s been too busy etc ) or I’m fucked. Since I know he’ll be making way more money than me, I’ll be treating him like it! Either way I won’t be stressing myself over this lol
