My partner had a job with a school aftercare program that was 2 and half hours every day. it's okay money, easy to do, and perfect for them, due to having a service dog.
my partner calls out when they have bad flare-ups, and can't stand. their bosses know this, and were okay with it when hired. they would be able to work if they could use their wheelchair, but their bosses said they can't.
yesterday, they called out due to being bedridden with the worst flare-up they've ever had. today, they got told they won't need to be coming in anymore, because the calling out has been way too much (once or twice a month). I'm not sure what to do
