$20 an hour minimum wage pinned to inflation. 20 hours a week requires employers to provide health care or the equivalent.
30 hour work week. Overtime pay kicks in at 31 hours.
40 weeks of work per year. Based on the current 5 day model, a 200 day work calendar. 100 weekend days we already get. 60 additional days of holidays, vacation, sick days, and family leave per year.
