My place of employment just denied one of two personal days I have a year on the day we are closing on the house we sold and bought

Edit:Houses I've worked here over 6 years. It is a multi billion dollar company. I was denied due to being short staffed, even after having informed them a month ago I would be needing it off. I'm going to go stress vomit now.
