Just venting here… After a year of going crazy in this company with their gaslighting, micromanaging and moronic bureaucracy, my team got a 2% raise across the board. When reviewing the deposits on my account, I see no change. Checked the receipts and company changed my retention % so it all went to taxes, that or they just kept it to themselves. Bottom line is I just got a 0.007% raise.
Some people here complain (with reason) of a 25 cents increase on their hourly rate. I got the same raise but for the entire month!!
I'm just tired and done with this shit, and since the hiring market is so fucked up right now, I can only wait for them to fire me and social security to kick in.
