My sister started working in this salon owned by an Italian guy and managed by his wife. His wife is an extremely unlikable and arrogant person who doesn’t like how friendly her husband is with people especially woman.
He was nice to my sister and tbh flirty and as soon as his wife saw that she made up a bs reason to let my sister go.
The reason was she needed someone to come in earlier but my sister couldn’t come earlier than she already was because she has two kids plus when she got the job they agreed that she would be coming in at 12:30 PM. She gave my sister a check and when my sister was confused about what happened and what to do? This woman said “ Oh you can go “.
This woman is one of those Hispanics that thinks she’s better than others Hispanics because she’s a white hispanic married to a white man as well. Ridicules her employees behind their back and create a toxic work environment but her husband never puts her in check.
