My University implements changes as short as 5 business days for nation wide changes. What is the proper way to file a complaint?

So my University that I attend in the United States is a For-Profit-University that has campuses in almost all 50 states. We attend University year round to speed up the graduation timeframe (students typically graduate in three years opposed to the typical four). An individual course takes eight weeks opposed to the standard fifteen to seventeen weeks. We are grinding NONSTOP to attain our nursing degrees. The University in question does not adhere to individual state practices. Allegedly said University follows a “National” standard. That being said, the university makes numerous changes to policies and procedures at the drop of a hat, and the University expects the students to follow suit immediately without proper warning. We are typically given news of new changes four to five business days before the new changes are implemented. An example of said changes is from 8-28-2023 at 1417 hours. They are to be implemented…

They are to be implemented 9-4-2023. What are these said changes? The University is doing away with ATI and apparently “exemplify”?. ATI is a program that we as students have been using for the past 2.5 years. The University is now implementing “NurseThink clinical judgement exams”, “NurseThink Clinical Judgement Simulation”, and Elsevier Adaptive Quizzing. In the email given on 8-28-2023 it states that we are supposed to “register” for a class to learn about the three different programs/ systems. We are given dates to attend this week, and next week when classes have already begun.

At some point it feels like the University implements these changes in short succession to confuse the students so that the student population performs poorly. It feels like a sick game, because at students risk having to retake a course(s) while the University profits due to students havin E g to repeat one or more classes. My question is this. How can we as students fight these rapid and turbulent changes in policies and procedures so that it is fair for the students and that we are not overburdened? Thank you guys for all the input. It is great appreciated!

Best,
Concerned student

Addendum: Is there a way to file a complaint to a higher authority? We as students are not against changes, just in the middle of Ben ex nñ h Hu de de id de uf for
