I kinda wanted to vent about my job. My job makes me feel like quitting, but I remind myself that I really need the money for rent. If I didnt need money, I would give them a notice at least and never work again.
Just to list my few experiences:

Different managers teaching me how to do the same thing in different ways, leading to managers calling me out for making a “mistake” that another manager taught me was the correct way of doing it

Managers calling me out for not doing a job I was literally just about to do before they interrupted me
-Being left alone at my station with nobody to help and being yelled at for not getting everything done (including at other stations)
-Ive walked in on my coworkers talking about how i “don't do anything” when im always asking if people need help and doing jobs that arent even assigned to me when i have any idle time
-I am told by managers in front of other crew that a certain job is not just for me to do but end up having to do it by myself anyways
-pay is not good even though its higher than my companies national average
Especially with the taxes taken out I basically lose $500 a month to taxes
-ive been told not to reduce my hours because im one of the only ones who shows up on time and that means others would have to work more
