My work has been in financial turmoil for awhile, cutting benefits and asking us to burn PTO. They’re now asking us to do a personality test. Should I be concerned?

So rural healthcare has been in a struggle for quite awhile and in the US, it's a nationwide problem due to demographic changes, over expansion and a variety of other issues. I've personally seen my retirement benefits cut while others have been asked to burn PTO and some in leadership are now having their pay slashed. Even though we, on a department level, are asked to save money anywhere we can, our training department went ahead and paid for disc testing. For those that don't know, this test type determines your work and leadership style while assessing how you work with people of other groups. Considering how things have been going, they wouldn't use a personality test as a factor in layoffs… Would they?…
