My work is hurting my mental health

I work in auto claims, and it’s really busy right now. On top of that, I’m also planning a wedding. Needless to say, it’s been a stressful time for me. I could usually handle all that, but on top of that, every phone call I make is a fight, a manager escalation, or people are just plain rude to me for no reason. I have the highest customer service metric in my unit, so I know it’s not me, but why the hell do people think it’s ok to treat me like a doormat just cause I’m a disembodied voice over the phone? I literally spent the last 10 minutes sobbing after yet another call I got where the customer was rude and insulting my intelligence for absolutely no reason. Management is doing absolutely nothing to help relieve the case load or back me up on these calls. Is there…
