So I've been at my job for about 2 years now and have really enjoyed it. But since the start of the year its gotten progressively worse. The work load has increased and without fair compensation. In fact its actually a paid decrease. My job is commission based so my work has shifted away from that side of the business. Every year I filled out the form with little to no oversight, I was happy with the job and enjoyed it. Sonce my complaints of work load fell on deaf ears, i saw this as an opportunity to air any grievances.
However, for this year my top brass are making sure dept heads are overseeing us complete the survey. They said we can say whatever we want but its a really weird form of oversight that is just super uncomfortable. Im still gonna write whatever the hell I want but I know some other staff members will feel pressured to give positive feedback. What can I even do or say to stop this or at least limit it?
