I work for this hotel and suddenly they decreased everyone's hours. They scheduled me 6 days x 5.30. I used to get 40+ before. I receive benefits and HR is trying to tell me that I can keep benefits even on part-time hours. Then she said if I want the min hours as a full-time, I will have to work 6 days. Meanwhile management expects everything to be done within 1 hour. We do breakfast buffet and the guests don't leave until 10:45am or so.
