My boss is italian, authentic, old school style. I’ve been working for him for abt 7months and he has (jokingly, don’t call a case) grabbed my front parts as well as rubbed my back parts. We always laughed abt it, but i’m 17 and he’s abt 40. And tonight, i took out the trash and there were no bags left, i told me to put it in a different room and then proceeded to call me a “fucking idiot” to my coworkers. we’re open 6 days a week and i worked all 6 days last week, 5 days before last week too. i’m a full time student who is also running their own business. He said i don’t do shit for him or his pizza place, while actually i bend over backwards to make the place better. i do jobs that aren’t in my title, i always get told i was too fast on the delivery, while he gets to sit on a chair drinking beers and watching facebook reels. i’ve always been told highschool jobs will suck, but this seems over the top. what can i do? (p.s. i live in a super small towns with little possibility for teens to thrive in jobs)
