So I applied to this remote IT position that seemed like a good opportunity, but they now want me to do one of those bullshit one-sided interviews where you record a video of yourself answering questions.
I find those to be dehumanizing & disrespectful, & if they don’t have the time to have someone interview me, I don’t have the time to record a video for them.
What I’d like some help with is the draft of an email to the hiring manager articulating all the ways this kind of hiring practice is insulting.
