Hi everyone,
I work remotely for a company since a year now and my director who is also my manager decided to replace me a month ago with a student.
Since then, he’s been pressuring me with impossible goals to reach, sending awful emails every other days.
He’s asked his team to evaluate my work on a daily basis. I have 10 people on my back every day judging and evaluating my work.
How does one not get affected by all this ? I feel at my lowest and I feel really stupid for letting it affecting me.
I’m trying to find another job but where I live, it might take a good 6 months. I’ve been applying since July and had only one call
