I have a friend thats stared to work in a warehouse

Insurance, and never enrolles in the company health
Insurance because he believe he Will no last longer.
Now six month later his health insurance Will expire
At the end of this month, and was trying to get the one
Of the company, but company said he need to wait to Open
Enrollment next year. What tip or opinión can i give to him?
