Unions can strike at a company.The bigger problem is the system on a whole. And if that's not challenged, nothing actually changes.
Please do this. Even if it means more work for me and those in my position in the interim, PLEASE DO THIS! What a lot of people in my position don't understand is that… if work is fair to the workers, management gets easier. So yes… it is partially selfish. I try so hard to take care of my crew but so many things I CAN'T do that I WANT to do because of the corporate hammer.
