So I've been working for 6 months.
I have been utterly slammed and at times I had been wondering if I was working the job of two or more people.
I had my exit meeting two weeks ago and received a negative review. On top of that I come to find out that I was being replaced by two employees to do the role I was working.
There was no mention of the fact that I was being replaced by two employees in the review and instead an onslaught about my failings as an employee.
It's hard as I feel as though I was set up to fail.
Employers will literally demand their pound of flesh from you without any remorse or consideration.
