my first job is currently at cinemark theaters and idk if it's the case with all cinemarks but the one i work at is absolute trash! today i go into work in a few hours and im getting depressed and anxious thinking about my upcoming shift. the workplace and manager make me wanna scream and cry when i walk in. reasons are, we have to work constantly for 8 hours or so, without sitting down, always standing. because the lead managers believe if we have time to sit and chill, we have time to clean every particle of the theater. not to mention even if the entire building is CLEAN, we have to clean it AGAIN AND AGAIN. and our breaks don't even make it up to us. we only have ONE break for 30 min. that isn't fair for us working our booty off! i def wasn't expecting this bullcaca when i first worked here. currently im looking for new jobs around my area. work isn't supposed to be fun but this is slight torture. every day after work im fatigue and could faint. but ofc the managers could care less about their employees. PLUS i was promised a schedule with FLEXIBLE hours. i explained how, ever since i graduated i have slightly more time to work but i still want to enjoy my summer. and im an artist, and performer. even if i ask for a day off in advance they don't allow it. my main manager thinks i have “too many days off”. girl what. thankfully i have a few days coming up wh3re she let me off but she gave me attitude. she's a booger. ig she thinks im brat for being such a busy person but it's not my fault i got a life LMAO HHEHEHEHEHEHEHHE (im a little insane) but yeah overall it's a shiz job. i just had to let this caca out.
