New boss, new rules

I’m in Vancouver, Canada. Our new supervisor has told us we are not to socialize or look at our phone during work time, nor have our phone “on the floor” although we work in an office. She is being strict about keeping our coffee breaks separated in each half of our work day and not combined with lunch, and we are no longer able to take it at the end of work day when we have occasional appointments. Any advice or ways to legally oppose her? Thank you
