Found out today that the new hires are getting significantly more money then me, been working at this company for 4 years and never been offered a higher position or a chance at more money yet these people that kno nothing are making more then me. Been contemplating going in there and quitting all day just over the simple fact of how unfair it seems. I understand companies would do anything to save a dollar but to treat your tenured employees so dirty just really bothers me. Tryna figure out if i should demand a higher wage or just leave if anyone has any advice
