I just got this job and for some reason this worker already doesn’t like me. She doesn’t respond to my emails and acts like it’s an inconvenience for me to even approach her.
If she thinks I’ve done something wrong she won’t even tell me directly she’ll say it out loud to everyone around us. I really don’t understand it as I’ve only been here two weeks.
She also moved her desk into another room and shuts the door if it’s just me here.
I feel like mentioning it to my supervisor but I don’t think she’d be on my side and it would just make it worse.
What should I do?
