Started a new job a little ago and everything was going meh at first other than hours. but I figured id look past it because i needed a job and it pays well. But a few things have me contemplating quitting.

is my shop manager seems to like hugging me when he talks to me. Its a side hug so its not as bad as a full hug. But i don’t like people touching me. At all. It wouldn’t be a big deal to just tell him not to. But i am already the new “weird guy” and get odd stares from coworkers. And i feel like telling him this will really secure that spot. Not to mention him trying to guilt be to come in on a Saturday after the Friday I requested off to go out of town. And after already being bullshitted to about hours, it left a bad taste in my mouth

They love to joke around about most things. I don’t do good with social cues and certain types of sarcasm. I’ve already made a fool of myself almost getting pissed off at some dude because he came up and said “stop making so much f*cking noise back here”. had no clue he was joking till i stood over this dude and asked what he said. Again I’m already the “weird guy” so saying “please don’t joke around with me i don’t understand jokes sometimes” again will cement that.

They constantly tell me to do stuff that seems easy and i do it. But almost half the time they tell me to do something the next day when im done they say I f*cked for not doing this step i had no idea what it was or how to do as im new to this industry, and they know that.

They have me “buddied” up with this asshole who’s constantly glaring at me whenever i look towards him. I ask him questions about something or where something is and he just throws his hand in a direction and mumbles. And one of these days my fuse will light bc of that and I’ll probably get fired because he’s got seniority.
It may be obvious what to do to you guys so any help will be appreciated greatly.
