New job, managed on Scientology?

I just started a new job and when I did my interview it said that they use management technology based on Ron Hubbard. I’ve went through about 10 jobs within the past year so it’s not a big deal if I need to quit this one too. I just find it so weird. The boss said it was totally legal and did not implement religion; however, today will be my second day there and I’m curious to see if that is truly the case. So far, there are so many binders regarding “divisions” and stats are listed on the walls in the back. My boss said we cannot under any circumstances go up to her office so I’m wondering what even is up there that we aren’t able to see. I’m wondering if since she utilizes their management technology, could she be a Scientologist herself? Overall, everything has been decent…

Overall, everything has been decent there but everything is run by binders. I feel like I’m gonna stay just to see how this shit runs and if things get weird, I’m out.
