So, recently a new supervisor position was created to oversee our companies night shift. It's only been a few days and none of the night crew is thrilled with this lady. First thing she informs us during our 'get to know your team' meeting is that she doesn't want us helping each other get our work done. Which is how we've been doing things for ages. Some nights it's the only way we can get it all done. There's always someone done with their stuff before others and they always offer to help. But now we can't do that. Things have suddenly not been getting done. This lady is constantly hovering and checking if we're doing our work. Which further wastes our time while trying to get it all done. There's already rumblings of a few planning to leave. So much for a productive work place I suppose.
