New Proposal from DOL for FLSA exempted workers

What do y’all think? Looks like the DOL just put out a proposal similar to 2016 that makes 55K/yr the threshold for true non-exempt status to avoid paying overtime. I know the last proposal had an injunction but I can’t find documentation on what happened. Do you think it will work this time?
