We work at Menards. Store opened four years ago. For three years the store was run normally by a manager I will call Adam. Last year it was taken over by a piss ant I’ll call Corey. Ever since he took over the place has had its moral crumble into nothing. The grocery and pets department manager was demoted to a different department for performance issues when it wasn’t even his fault, and after a month of threatening her and harassing her, “Corey” fired the assistant manager of that department that I shall call Stephanie. She didn’t do anything either. The stores pet department has a bug infestation from purina, as they sent bags of food to several stores full of little bugs, and Corey blamed that on Stephanie. Last week, he fired her for performance issues and walked her out of the store in front of everyone and banned her from returning. Suddenly, his close friend is taking over that department as manager. Suspicious of course. Anyways, this store is performing bad ever since “Corey” took over. But all the problems he pushes on everyone else saying it’s their issue.
May this store lose all its employees and he gets terminated.
