New workplace lied about full time job and giving me only PT hours.

Because of the top secret clearance interim, I am stuck or pay them thousands in penalty due to the contract. I applied to a full time position Mon-Fri and completed my one month training. Received my schedule and it’s far from what was promised. Some of the shifts are two hours only for a 30+min commute. Sometimes they have me scheduled twice in the same day day and night on WEEKENDS. I have contacted my recruiters, LT, and HR. They said they’ll fix it but if I don’t show up for this week’s schedule it will count as a strike. They never disclosed the probationary time means part time hours and I can’t pay my bills with these hours. I would get more from unemployment than working there and they won’t give me the hours because I’m under probation. I either pay the penalty and have this potentially be on…
