No amount of compensation will be enough to cover babysitting a coworker.

Like the title says, there's this coworker of mine that gets paid the least in the job, but she makes at least 3 mistakes per day. She's the kind of person where you have to constantly hover over her and tell her not to do things, or else she will find it in herself to do whatever, and that means: giving extra snacks to the kids, having the kids wreck my classroom and not having that organized, abandoning my other coworker at the park, leaving them to handle 10+ kids to 1 teacher. All of this is not okay, because kids are supposed to have their snack intake moderated. However, all my boss does is give her a lecture, but she doesn't get fired. She's been there longer than me, I'm working harder than her, but all I got so far is a $2 raise after 6 months. I don't…

Also keep in mind this is a part time job, but we're expected to do 10+ responsibilities because boss & accountant are only in the school 2-3 times a week. I'm wondering if I should stick around, try to get 30+ hours, higher pay, or look for another job.
