Today I learned the State of Missouri does not require employers to provide a break of ANY kind, including lunch. This is left up to the employer. Question for the people of Missouri… Is this the general consensus with employers in the state? Do they actually deny break or lunch to their employees? Lunch break is generally unpaid anyway, so I can't imagine any company would be doing this in the year 2023. I am in disbelief. I am very curious to hear from you.
