My job's time off request system recently starting requiring you to enter a reason for why you're requesting off. For my old boss, I'd occasionally put in a funny reason for shits & gigs because he was chill. New boss I don't care for. The first time I put in a request since the update, I just hit the space bar. Apparently that was a good enough “reason” and let me submit lol. The reason is, I won't be there at that time. I'm letting you know, not asking permission.
