My work just eliminated the clock in grace period. We used to have 4 minutes to clock in after the scheduled shift start without accruing attendance points towards employment termination. In the same message, they reminded us to come 15 minutes early so their shuttle can transport us from the secondary parking lot we are required to use. It's so scummy to remove our grace period while also demanding us to show up 15 minutes early without paying us for our time.
