Title explains most of it. Had to quit studying because my life's been a mess. First job offer I got was a restaurant. Most days as a fulltimer will be around 10hrs. Stopping late and beginning early.
But there are no promises that I will get a full time employment. They are still hiring trial workers and I am on trial. Shift boss has said I have a chance over another but said what the boss said in the interview but about another coworker. Basically being “she searched other jobs at the same time, I will not waste my time educating someone like that”. Now he doesn't know I have done the same. I didn't feel safe im that this would lead to a full time job. Stress is bad. I need to commute four hours a day.
My boss even mentioned this when they wanted me to take more shifts. Emphasising “come autumn one of you will become a full timer.”.
There has been tons of issues and nightmare stories from others but idk, I feel bad about it but I also don't want to give up my one chance at a jo b :/
